Prof. Alon Dumanis, Chairman of the Executive Committee
Prof. Dumanis is chairman and member of dozens of boards of public and private companies and the founder of The Uzi Wexler Technological Entrepreneurship Graduate Program and founder of the Engineering Leadership Center at Azrieli College of Engineering, Jerusalem. He was CEO of Docor - Van Leer (PE & VC investments) for 15 years and is Chairman of Aposense Ltd, Sirvir Ltd and Aerospace Industrial Scan Ltd.  Prof. Dumanis retired from the Israeli Air force as Brigadier General after 30 years of service (with deep involvement in technology and R&D). His last position held was Head of Materiel Command. He received a PhD  from Purdue University (USA) in Aerospace Engineering.

Orit Eylon-Fridman, CEO
Orit Eylon Fridman joined ILAN following her position as the Head of Personnel and Unit Services department in the Israeli Airforce in charge of education, welfare, payroll, foreign relations and more.  As a member of the senior command staff, policy advancement in areas such as gender equality and facilitating women’s leadership and advancement were among her important accomplishments.  Orit plays a pivotal role in shaping ILAN's strategic direction while overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring overall success at ILAN. She reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the executive team in achieving the NGO's goals and objectives.
