The rehabilitation and integration of people with physical disabilities into the community is one of ILAN's major objectives.

ILAN conducts rehabilitation and welfare activities for people with disabilities and provides individual assistance to the disabled and his family for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment and accessories such as wheelchairs, computers, etc.

The organization focuses particularly on the financing of rehabilitation and welfare activities which are not funded and in responding to the needs which are not provided for by other institutions.

ILAN provides services to thousands of disabled people in its care through its 40 branches and 30 institutions which are spread throughout the country.
